Day Twenty-eight: Copyright Infringement

Hello again and I’m back. So, to speak on copyrights. I was contacted by Dr. Seuss Enterprises yesterday to inform me that I was infringing upon their intellectual property and my listing on Etsy was “temporarily “ disabled until further notice. My first thought was that I was being punked. The next thought that came to mind was, how in the heck did they find my shop? My intentions were pure and I was not attempting to pass their work off as my own. In a world of big business, power, and control where does creativity and the freedom of expression fit in?
